:: Here’s What To Do ::
If you get the traditional, vintage styled whoopee cushions..these come with a white powder.
I would recommend to soak them in warm soapy water and then dry them off. (The white powder just tastes gross when you blow them up.)
Turn the whoopee cushion blank side up, with the hole opening on the top side. Fold the hole opening side down as pictured. Fold the bottom round side up as pictured.
Bring the top side of the folded whoopee cushion to the bottom side of the folded whoopee cushion.
Then fold in the left side over as pictured.
Fold in the right side as pictured. Make sure to tuck in both flaps into each other.
Hold both flaps down in place, as you slide string under the folded whoopee cushion.
Tie together and then rotate, so that you can now go around the other edges of the whoopee cushions. (Just like wrapping a present.)
Then flip over and tie it off. Make sure to leave sufficient string, so that you can tie a bow later.
Continue doing the same thing for each whoopee cushion. Now, check out below, I have four different versions of printable tags you can choose from:

Print out your printable of choice on cardstock and cut out each whoopee cushion printable. Then using the hole puncher, punch a small hole on the top center part of your printable.
Thread the printable through the string.
And tie off with a bow!
