Planning a virtual baby shower? Look no further, I’ve done all the work for you! This post includes a PowerPoint intro slide and the main event. This was made for a baby girl, but you can change this up, any way you like it! The point is…the major work is done for you! Your welcome!

First, you need a platform you can use! I used (and highly recommend!) Zoom. Not only is it reliable and can accommodate up to hundreds of guests, it is pretty inexpensive (for a one time event) and it’s the one most used and known. You can also use Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, etc.

Here is the intro PowerPoint slide. This is great for when you are awaiting for the guests to arrive, they have a nice intro with pictures of the parents to be, sonogram, agenda, and housekeeping rules.

As a sweet Baby Shower gift idea, you can create a group video using VidHug.

VidHug allows you to create a page where all the guests can upload their videos for the parents to be. Then, once all the videos have been uploaded, you select a style, intro and ending, music and it creates the video for you! Considering this was a virtual event, it truly allowed guests to be able to say something personal to the couple. Sweet!
