:: Step 3 ::
Now you will assemble the pieces you have already cut: 3.5″ square cardboard, monster and joke captions. First glue your monster on one side (this will be your front side). Then make sure your joke captions are flushed together (so that you don’t see the back of any of the papers overlapping) and place them over the top of the cardboard, as shown (joke on the front, answer on the back). Then glue the “Happy Halloween” tag on back.
:: Step 4 ::
I used my eyelet setter tool (or the round edge stick part of a paint brush) to push down on the monsters eyes. This will help the chocolate eyeballs settle in when glued.
:: Step 5 ::
Select a pair of chocolate eyeballs for your project.

:: Step 6 ::
Using a low temperature glue gun (prevents chocolate from melting), glue the chocolate eye balls in place.
:: Step 7 ::
Using colored pencils or markers, shade in or add monster details.
