Here are easy and very practical FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL classroom favors for kids! All you need are crayons, colored pencils, markers, mini shuttle pens, M&M’s Skittles, or Airheads Xtremes Bites and my printable!

:: Here’s What You’ll Need ::

Crayola Crayons, Mini Neon Shuttle Pens or Snack Size M&M’s or Skittles packages (Small Version)
Crayola Colored Pencils, Crayola Markers, box of Crayola Crayons or pack of M&M’s, Skittles or Airheads Xtremes Bites (Large Version)
Here’s to a COLORFUL School Year (Small Version) Printable
Here’s to a COLORFUL School Year (Large Version) Printable
White Cardstock
Scissors and/or Paper Trimmer
X-Acto Knife and Self Healing Mat
Scotch Tape

:: What To Do ::

Print the “Here’s to a COLORFUL School Year!” printable on white cardstock paper (Keep reading below, as there are two different printable versions, depending on the items you’d like to use in your project). For the small version, cut the paper into fours. Then, trim the edges off each of the four sections you just cut, as pictured below.

For the large version, you just cut the printable into thirds.

Using an X-Acto knife and a self healing mat, cut about a slit below the “school year!” and above the “from:”. The size of the slit depends on what you will be inserting.

Insert Crayola Crayons, Mini Neon Shuttle Pens or Snack Size M&M’s or Skittles packages through the slits. Turn over and tape them in place on the back.
