Take the silver bag out of the Oreo Minis box. Using a hammer or mallet, crush all the mini Oreos inside, being cautious not to pop the bag.

Once they appear to be pretty crushed (or if your bag happens to open), place the cookies inside a ziploc bag, let all the air out, close tightly and lightly hammer on a padded surface, until all the Oreos are completely crushed.

It should look something like the picture above.

Then place the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom of the 2 oz plastic disposable cup (these are the ones that they usually use to put sauces or dressings to-go in restaurants). Unwrap the realistic gummy worms from its wrapper and place inside. Place the lid on top and give the worm and cookies a good shake–as this will give it an even grosser and more realistic look to it.

Print the printable provided and cut each circle out using a 2 inch circle cutter, if you have one. Glue the circle tag to the top of the lid. That’s it…isn’t it absolutely DISGUSTING?

Print the printable provided. Then cut the paper in the middle, in half (vertically), so you have 3 labels on one side and 3 on the other. Then cut each one out (horizontally).

Then fold over the top and bottom edges together (as shown above) so that you can cut a slit on both sides. This slit will allow you to insert the head of the worm on the left and the tail on the right side through the back.
